Kristin could see an easier path to successful financial outcomes in business - one that aligns meaningful financial strategy, efficient processes, and engaged team members with common purpose and a clear mission. And Kristin knew she had the passion and expertise to lead teams down that path.

I bring over 20 years of finance leadership experience and a genuine passion for creating dialed-in processes and cohesive teams focused on transparent communication to every business I work with.
From my roots advising small businesses on financial strategy in public accounting - to my success developing high-performing finance and IT teams as a senior leader in a large corporate enterprise - my leadership consistently delivers results.
My foundation is in finance and accounting, and I have a talent for translating complexity into meaningful financial tools: useful board reporting, insightful budgets, cash flow projections, streamlined construction project tracking, clean financial audits… if it involves numbers in business - I’ve done it. My finance experience made me fluent in the language of business, which allows me to translate “accountant-speak” into useful information for your business, but the value I provide extends beyond the numbers.
My career has taught me how critical it is to use financial information to drive value, and organizations consistently call upon my unique outlook for continuous improvement. I have shepherded the development and implementation of many transformational systems, processes, and teams - including building a centralized accounting function for a multi-billion-dollar enterprise that reduced costs by 50% and shortened financial close by 25%.
My strategic insight is another key asset during pivotal business milestones, and I’ve played crucial roles in M&A diligence and implementations, credit agreement and covenant strategies, and influential incentive compensation program design.
Above all, my greatest passion lies in leading and mentoring others, and I have a keen eye for coaching to discover individual team member strengths and goals and partnering them with the mission and priorities of the business.
